使用聊天和智能助手都提示超出配额了？

请问一下在设置里面我已经选择了我自己ChatGPT密匙，为啥我都没有怎么使用就提示：429 You exceeded your current quota, pleasecheck your plan and billing details. Troubleshooting URL:https://js.langchain.com/docs/troubleshooting/errOrS/MODEL RATE LIMIT/；我开始还以为是因为我是免费用户所以超出配额了，就去开通了会员。但是购买以后还是出现这个提示，是因为我的chatGPT账号没有设置成功吗？
